An education shaped by faith, excellence & character.

Straitgate High School

Dear Parents, Students and Members of the Straitgate Community,

It is a privilege to serve as the Acting Principal of Straitgate High School, Magodo, and to work alongside our dedicated staff and supportive parents in shaping the future of our students.

At Straitgate, we believe that every child carries God-given potential and deserves the opportunity to discover, develop and fulfil that potential. Our commitment is to provide an educational experience that combines academic excellence with godly principles, strong moral values, discipline, creativity and leadership.

We recognise that educating a child is a shared responsibility. Through a strong partnership between the school and home, we can nurture young people who are confident in their abilities, respectful of others, resilient in the face of challenges and prepared to contribute positively to society.

As we continue this journey, I invite our parents to partner with us, our students to embrace learning with enthusiasm, and our staff to remain committed to excellence in all that we do.

Together, let us build a school community where faith inspires our actions, knowledge empowers our future and character defines our success.

Thank you for your trust, partnership and continued support. May God grant us the wisdom, strength and grace to fulfil our responsibility of raising a generation that honours Him and makes a lasting difference in the world.

Together, we are Building a Generation for God.

Warm regards,

Straitgate College
